We close your loan as quickly as possible; it does not sit on our desk while we wait for minor items that we anticipate the underwriter might request.  We get inline, for underwriting, we know we add items while it waits to be reviewed by underwriting.

We can disclose, run DU or LP, or request initial items; we work the way you want. All that’s required is a complete 1003 and a credit report.
